Terms of Service

Last updated: 23 October 2026 · Deutsch

These terms govern your use of Bestandly, operated by , 88213 Ravensburg (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use it for a business, you confirm you can bind that business.

1. The service

Bestandly is a web application for managing inventory, recipes, suppliers, purchase orders and alerts for kitchens and small food businesses. We may improve, change or remove features over time.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18. Give accurate details, keep your password secret, and tell us promptly if you think your account was accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to your workspace.

3. Free trial and billing

  • New workspaces start with a 14-day free trial.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance (as you choose) through Stripe and renew automatically for the same period until cancelled.
  • You can cancel any time in Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Prices exclude taxes, which are added where applicable.
  • We will give at least 30 days’ notice before changing prices for your plan.

4. Your data

You own the data you put into Bestandly. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to provide the service. You can export your inventory and reports from the app, and you may ask us to delete your account at any time. You promise you have the right to use the data you enter, including supplier and team contact details. See our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, send spam or abusive messages, attempt to access other workspaces, probe or disrupt our systems, or resell the service without our permission.

6. Emails sent through the app

The app can email purchase orders and alerts on your behalf. You are responsible for the content of those emails and for making sure you may contact the recipients.

7. Availability and support

We work to keep Bestandly available and your data safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. You are responsible for checking stock levels, quantities and prices before relying on them or placing orders. Support is available by email at jakubecdenis2@gmail.com.

8. Suspension and ending the agreement

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if payment fails and remains unpaid. Where reasonable, we will give notice and a chance to export your data first.

9. Disclaimers and limits of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost sales or spoiled stock, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For significant changes we will notify you by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using the service afterwards, you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, and the courts of Germany have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory rights you have under the law of the place where you live.

12. Language

These terms are also available in German. If the two versions differ, the German version prevails.
